Aluminum (aluminium) honeycomb panel is a light weight but rigid sandwich panel, consisted of two layers of aluminium sheets laminated to a hexagonal light weight aluminum  honeycomb core. It's commonly used for aluminum furniture such as kitchen cabinet, architectural cladding like facade, ceiling or interior wall partition etc. And it's available in different thickness such as 10mm, 20mm honeycomb panels. We also make from 5mm thick up to 100mm thick panel depending on what you will use the panels for. Most aluminum honeycomb panels used for making kitchen cabinet is between 10mm to 20mm, similar to plywood thickness. And standard size of aluminium honeycomb panel is 4x8 feet (4 x 8' size), also same like plywood size, it's easier for kitchen manufacturer to handle and cut.

In case if you prefer to do powder coat by your side, you can buy mill finish panels and do powder coat by yourself (indicate to our sales person about this because special type of glue is needed).
