Aluminium Honeycomb Core Panel is a composite panel that is consisted of 3 layers. The top & bottom layers are thin aluminum sheet (generally from 0.5mm to 1mm), and the core layer is a hollow hexagonal honeycomb (made of aluminium foil about 0.05mm thick). The three layers are glued together to form a light weight but high strength honeycomb panel. 

Common honeycomb panel size is 4x8' (4x8 feet or 1220x2440mm), just like most other panels, such as plywood, HPL, PVC, Acrylic. But aluminium honeycomb composite panel are available in many other sizes, such as 4x10', 4x12', 6x8', 6x12' etc, or other sizes that is made as per order. 

And aluminum honeycomb core composite panels are used for many applications, and use them for making furniture is one of the main applications. Kitchen cabinets, bedroom closets, room doors etc, all can be made from aluminium honeycomb panels.

2. Many honeycomb panel sizes available. Not just available with 4x8' aluminium honeycomb panel, but also can be cut to size as per customers' requirements.

3. Many finishes available. Aluminium honeycomb composite panel can be mill finish without any color, and users stick other decorative materials on the surface, like HPL sheet, acrylic sheet, PVC film etc. The honeycomb core panel can be made with pre-coated colors, such as pure white, yellow, red etc, or special colors like wooden or stone look colors.
