How do we - China Metal Honeycomb Core Sandwich Panels Manufacturer produce the panels?

1. We will need to do cutting of metal sheets as customer size. These will be used as top & bottom layers of metal honeycomb panels.

2. We put the metal sheets back side up so that it will go through the glue spraying machine, and metal sheets back side will be sprayed with PU glue.

3. We lay honeycomb core in between the top & bottom layers of metal skins. Then we have a complete structure of metal honeycomb panels (three layers).

4. Metal honeycomb core panels are laminated in the compressing machine and glue will naturally cured in 24 hours.

5. Edge trimming of the honeycomb panels to make the panel edge look neat and nice.
