General introduction of China Aluminium Aluminum Honeycomb PU PUF Sandwich Panels for modular clean room wall partition:

A clean room panel have to look clean, easy to maintain, not easy to get dirt, and also it should be easy to install. A sandwich panel with aluminium faced and pre-coated would be very ideal for such applications. A clean room wall panel can be thick from 30mm up to 100mm or any thickness in between. So it could be either aluminium honeycomb panel (aluminum faced with alumium honeycomb core) or aluminum puf panel (aluminium faced but with a PU foam core). It's ideal to be used for modular clean room wall panel for it's easy processing and installation.

Panel size: 1200x3050mm or customized size to fit into your design.

Panel thickness: 30mm, 45mm, 50mm, 70mm, 100mm or any customized thickness.

Aluminum faced skin thickness: 0.7mm on top skin & bottom skins. Other thickness can be nominated.

Core: honeycomb core if you choose aluminum honeycomb panels as clean room wall panel; PUF (PU foam core) if you choose to use a aluminium PUF sandwich panel. 

Colors: pre-painted white colors or customized colors as required.

1. This aluminum sandwich clean room panel is light weighted making it easy for workers to handle & process. Because no matter aluminum honeycomb core or PUF foam core panel, the core density is only 40 to 50kgs/m3. In this case a panel weight is only around 6kgs/m2.

2. Super flatness and nice surface. Aluminium honeycomb panel or aluminum PUF foam core panel, both are 3 layers stable sandwich structure, it's not easy to be distorted and after installation the wall elevation will look very flat and neat. 

3. Easy installation suitable for modular clean room wall partition systems. Generally the panels will be connected to each other by using H shape profiles to connect and a C shape aluminum profile to do the flashing, then a whole clean room partition wall is completed. 

4. If we want super panel strength for the modular clean room wall, we choose aluminum honycomb panel as it's stronger than PUF foam core panel; But if we cares more about the thermal insulation and want to keep cold or warm indoor, we should consider aluminium PUF (PU foam) sandwich panels instead because PU has a good thermal insulation rate.
