What is Polypropylene PP Honeycomb Core Fibreglass FRP Sandwich Panel?

Polypropylene honeycomb core frp panel is honeycomb sandwich panel consisted of: two layers of thin frp panels on top & bottom respectively, laminated to a polypropyplene (PP) honeycomb core. 

Specifications of Polypropylene PP Honeycomb Core Fibreglass FRP Sandwich Panel:

1. Width of FRP honeycomb sandwich panel: 1000mm up to 2500mm. Customized widths like 1220mm, 1500mm, 1800mm, 2000mm, 2300mm available.
   

2. Length of FRP PP honecomb panel: 2440mm or any between 1000mm up to 5800mm.

3. Panel thickness: 15mm, 20mm, 25mm or customized thickness.

4. FRP panel skin thickness: 1.5mm, 2mm, 3mm or as required.

5. Honeycomb core: polypropylene honeycomb core (PP honeycomb core)

6. FRP surface: gel coated, non gel coat optional. Smooth glossy white, matt white; Embossed surface like pebble pattern.
