Fiberglass FRP Polypropylene Honeycomb Core Material Panels is a sandwich panel consisted of three layers: two layers of fiberglass (FRP) sheet as skin materials, and a core material of Polypropylene (PP).
Fiberglass honeycomb core panel is chemical resistant, UV resistant, impact resistant, vibration resistant, waterproof material. Fiberglass is the surface material of fiberglass honeycomb core panel, it's called FRP, a material mixed with resin & fiberglass as reinforcement. This FRP panel is in super good quality.
Polypropylene honeycomb core is called PP honeycomb core, it's a hollow lightweight core material. It support the thin FRP skin layer, giving strength to the FRP skin panels. And Polypropylene honeycomb core is flexible material that can absorb outside force (impact, hit) etc, it has good elasticity.

Polypropylene honeycomb core
The polypropylene honeycomb core frp panels are used for making truck bodies. It's suitable for making small to medium size dry van truck bodies. FRP skin is not easy to scratch or dent, while PP honeycomb core provides good strength to the truck body walls.
Frp honeycomb sandwich panel is suitable for making boat or yacht walls. FRP is with good resistant to sea water (salty water) and can stay in good quality condition for long time. Thickness of the honeycomb fiberglass core can be customized in order to fit into required wall thickness. Such as 15mm, 20mm, 30mm, 50mm etc.
Fiberglass honeycomb core material is suitable to used as floor panels. Such as truck body floors, stage floors. It is also suitable to be used for container house / mobile house / kiosk wall panels.
