What is Anti-scratch Surface Aluminium Aluminum Honeycomb Core Panel?

This aluminium honeycomb core panel with a special surface coating. The coating is with high pencil hardness complying with 6T standard. The surface is not easy to be scratched by sharp stuffs such as keys, knives etc. The basic product structure is still aluminium honeycomb panel. So we can understand this product is aluminium honeycomb panel but only the coating is a special one. And it also have of normal aluminum honeycomb panel have such as: lightweight, good flatness, fireproof etc.

Why do we need Anti-scratch Surface Aluminium Aluminum Honeycomb Core Panel?

The anti-scratch surface aluminium honeycomb panel is deisgned for applications where there are high traffic of people will pass by. Such as lower area of building facade, interior wall of public building, furnitures etc. The high hardness of the coating can protect the surface from being destroyed and maintain in good looking for longer time. This also lower the maintainence cost of the building too.

And anti-scratch aluminum honeycomb panel is available in paint of PVDF or PE. If you are using it for outdoor use, we recommed PVDF coating aluminium honeycomb panel; if it's for indoor use, PE coating is good enough.

And anti-scratch coating can be in any colors like normal PVDF or PE paints, such as white, yellow, red, blue, green, brown etc. So there is no worry that anti-scracth surface aluminium honeycomb panel won't look nice. Surface of anti-scratch coating looks more rough than normal PVDF or PE coating.
