Aluminum Honeycomb Roof Panel is a three layer sandwich panel: top layer is a prepainted aluminium sheet, middle layer is lightweight aluminium honeycomb core, bottom layer is a primer coated aluminum sheet. It's available in different thickness, but most commonly used thickness are 10mm, 15mm and 20mm Aluminum Honeycomb Roof Panel.

Why do we use China 15mm 20mm Aluminum Honeycomb Roof Panel rather than other roofing materials?

Generally we use 15mm aluminum honeycomb panel or 20mm aluminum honeycomb panel for carpark roof or linkway roof, bus stop roof for below reasons:

1. Aluminum honeycomb roof panel is not easy to rust and it's durable under sun, rain etc. If we use color steel roofing it would rust after several years; If we use plastic roof we would face the problem of plastic aging and break after several years.

2. The 15mm aluminum honeycomb roof panel or 20mm aluminum honeycomb roof panel is flat, high panel strength. The roofing surface will look very neat. And because of the high panel strength, some stuffs falling off from high area (let say the tall tree, or from higher area of building) won't break through the roof, that protects people who stand under the roof panel.

3. The aluminum honeycomb roof panel can be pre-painted with required colors. It can be white, silver, grey, blue, pink etc to fit into public area design requirements. Most commonly used colors on 15mm or 20mm thick aluminum honeycomb roof panel are grey color on top side of panel and bottom side a white color.

4. Easy installation. Aluminum honeycomb panel is installed with clamping & capping system. Fast installation and water tight.
