Aluminium honeycomb panel is a lightweight composite material. It uses two layers of aluminium sheets as face materials, and a hexagonal hollow aluminium honeycomb core to glued together. 50mm aluminium honeycomb panel and 70mm aluminum honeycomb panel are considered as thick panels. Generally we use these thick panels for interior wall partition such as cleanroom, office walls. Or we use them as walls for container house, truck bodies, kiosks walls etc.

Product structure: aluminium sheet + aluminium honeycomb core + aluminium sheet.

Thickness: 50mm Aluminum Honeycomb Panel, 70mm Aluminium Honeycomb Panel.

Aluminum sheet thickness: 0.7mm, 0.8mm, 1mm or as required.

Colors & coatings: all types of solid colors, metallic colors, wood & stone colors. For partition wall, most popular colors are polar white or glossy white on both sides. Coating type can be PVDF coating or PE coating.

Honeycomb core size: Cell side length 6mm, cell diameter 9.5mm as standard. Other cell sizes available upon required.

Panel width: from 1000mm up to 2200mm. Such as 1220mm, 1500mm, 1800mm, 2000mm wide.

Panel length: cut as required. Such as 2440mm, 3000mm, up to 12meters.

The 50mm aluminum honeycomb panel and 70mm aluminium honeycomb panel are mainly used as wall panels of interior partition and exterior wall panels for below reasons:

1. No back panels are needed. Such thick aluminum honeycomb panel can is enough for interior wall, it's strong and rigid enough, acoustic, fire proof.

2. Easy installation. Installation of 70mm aluminum honeycomb panel as interior partition wall is easy, between panels we can use H shape aluminium profiles to connect the panels, and for the edges we can use C capping to seal up the panel edges.

3. Different colors and patterns available on aluminum surface. Although white colors are most popular to be used for partition walls, but if you prefer silver color, wood grain or even red, blue, yellow, all these can be pre-painted on 70mm and 50mm aluminum honeycomb panel. The coating surface is smooth and neat.
