What is China Brass Honeycomb Core Panel?

Brass honeycomb core panel is also called as brass honeycomb panel. It is a sandwich panel, consisted of brass sheet as top skin, aluminium sheet as bottom skin, and laminated to aluminium honeycomb core. Brass is a copper and zinc alloy, the apperance is golden color, and it's more rigid when comparing to copper basing on same thickness.

Features of China Brass Honeycomb Core Panel:

1. Brass honeycomb core panel is very flat. Thin brass sheet like 0.7mm is soft and if we use it as wall decoration the surface of wall will look wavy. If we laminate it into brass honeycomb panel, with the supporting of honeycomb core, the panel surface becomes very flat.

2. Honeycomb brass panel is more cost saving. If we want to have a better panel surface of solid brass, we might need to consider 3mm or 4mm as minimum. That is very expensive. But our honeycomb core brass panel only use thin sheet like 0.7mm, that reduce the comsumption of brass, so it save the cost a lot.

3. Lightweight. Brass honeycomb panel is with a hollow honeycomb core, it reduces the panel weight a lot.

4. Fire proof. Honeycomb panels are all fire proof because the main components are all metals.
