Egg incubator is a device used for incubating animal eggs such as chicken egg, duck egg, goose egg, bird eggs etc. The egg incubator has to keep at stable temperature inside the device as set by the farm owner, so it has to be good thermal insulation. Thus, FRP (fiberglass) covered foam core (PU or XPS) sandwich panel is ideal to be used to make the incubator shell. Because PU or XPS foam is thick, light weighted but with very good thermal insulation.

1. Surface of FRP PU / XPS sandwich panels: 1.5mm or 2mm thick FRP sheets, embossed (pebbled pattern) surface (optional we can offer smooth surface without embossment too).

2. Core density of embossed FRP sandwich panel: PU or XPS foam core at 30 to 40kgs/m3 density.

3. Panel size of FRP XPS sandwich panel for egg incubator: Width from 1000mm up to 2300mm; Length is from 1500mm up to 5800mm.

4. Panel thickness of FRP XPS foam core sandwich panel: we customize to make panel thickness as required. Generally from 15mm up to 100mm optional.

5. Additional information: if customers need FRP skin with color other than plain white, or need special surface pattern, we are willing to do customized FRP skins.
