Fiberglass (FRP) is a durable material. It is not easy to scratch or dent, and resistant to UV, no easy to corrode by chemicals, not easy to distort. Thus it's very ideal to be used as the cover of foam core RV panels for its good protection property.
Foam core fiberglass panels are thermal insulated. PU foam or XPS foam both as good thermal insulation, it can prevent heat or cold to enter the RV and prevent the air conditioner to leak to outside.
Fiberglass sandwich panel is light weighted. The foam core of rv panel is only 40kgs/m3. This will reduce the total weight of RV or the refrigerated truck, and can save fuel.
Easy replacement. Foam core RV panels can be replaced easily after it got damages, because the installation is with FRP extrusions or aluminium extrusions.
