Description: The FRP Truck Body Panels are also known as FRP Truck Panels or FRP Van Panels pr FRP Composite Panels. They are in sandwich structure consisted of 3 layers. Top side & bottom side (we called them the skin layers) are the Fiberglass (FRP) sheets. The sandwich core could be made with many choices either with plywood, honeycomb core or different types of foam core. 

Specifications of China Fiberglass FRP Truck Van Body Honeycomb Plywood PU XPS Composite Sandwich Panels:

1. Skin layers: Fiberglass sheets (FRP sheets), thickness 1.2mm, 1.5mm, 2mm, either gel coated or non gel coat.

2. Core options: Plywood, aluminium honeycomb core, PP honeycomb core, PU foam, XPS foam

3. FRP composite panel thickness: 13mm, 19mm or what ever thickness specified by customers.

4. FRP truck body panel sizes: we produce panel as per customers requirement and depending on customer's van body sizes.

5. Applications of FRP (fiberglass) truck panels: this FRP van frp panels are used for truck / van body walls or doors.

6. Origin: made in China.

Features of China Fiberglass FRP Truck Van Body Honeycomb Plywood PU XPS Composite Sandwich Panels:

1. FRP composite panels adopts the features of fiberglass sheets, which are chemical resistant, impact resistant, weather proof (durable), not easy to scratch. We have to load & unload cargo frequentely out & in the truck box, there will be so much contact between the cargo to the van wall or door panels, so the surface of truck panels have to withstand such operations. FRP panels are ideal for such applications.

2. For dry van truck body, we can choose FRP plywood composite panels or FRP honeycomb core panels. Both of these two types of FRP panels are strong, firm, impact resistant, flat.

3. For reefer truck body, we recommed to consider FRP PU foam sandwich panel or FRP XPS composite panels. Because the foam core (PU or XPS) have good thermal insulation.
