FRP GRP Fiberglass Plywood Sandwich panel is consisted of two layers of FRP sheets laminated to a plywood core. Specification as below:
Skin: Fiberglass (FRP GRP) sheets on top & bottom sides. Thickness 1.2mm, 1.5mm, 2mm thick or made as required.
Core: Thick plywood as middle layer for reinforcement purpose.
Total FRP Plywood panel thickness: 19mm or others from 15mm to 25mm as required.
Panel size: cut to size as required. Such as 1220x2800mm, 1220x2900mm etc
Applications: this FRP Plywood panel is used for trailer or truck door panel, wall panel etc. It can also be used as sanitary panels, kitchen panels, animal shelters etc.

1. FRP Plywood sandwich panel is a high strength panel, because the core is thick plywood panel. It can resist to impact and weight. Dry van trailer or truck are used to load different types of cargo, there will inevitably crash or scratch to these door or wall panels. Plywood reinforced FRP sandwich panels can bear such hit.
2. Fiberglass (GRP, FRP) sheet as face material can protect the panel intergrity well no matter under chemical corrossion or moisture condition. FRP has good anti-corrossion property. So even if the truck or trailer load some agressive materials, the door and wall panels won't break down.
