What is China Green Patina Copper Honeycomb Core Panel?

The Green patina copper honeycomb core panel is a sandwich panel consisted of 3 layers of materials. Top layer is a green patina copper sheet, bottom layer is an aluminium sheet, the core layer is aluminium honeycomb core. These 3 layers are laminated together by two components PU glue.

Features of China Green Patina Copper Honeycomb Core Panel:

1. Classic look (antique look). Coppr honeycomb core panel surface will weather naturally to get oxidized look and eventually develop a green patina surface. But this process would take many years (more than 10 years). We can pre-treat our panel surface to have a patina look, so that customers don't have to wait for such long time.

2. Fire proof. Patina copper honeycomb panel is mainly made of metal that are non combustible. It's classified as FR A2 grade.

3. Flat surface. Green patina honeycomb core copper panel is very flat, because aluminium honeycomb core is an hexagonal stable structure. It will support the surface copper sheet to be rigid and flat.

4. Lightweight. Copper honeycomb panel is lightweight, because honeycomb core is hollow and made of thin aluminium foil. This will reduce the total weight of project.
