1. Cut the top & bottom skin as per customers requirements, such as HPL, Fibreglass (FRP), Aluminium, stone etc.

   

2. Glue spraying on the reverse side of top & bottom skins. We used two components PU glue to do this.

   

3. Lay the top & bottom skins by stuffing the honeycomb core in the middle layer. We call it the assembly of honeycomb panel.

   

4. Glue curing. This is the process to help the glue cure and get the top & bottom skin layers well adhered to the honeycomb core.

   

5. Edge trimming & packing. After this process, we can get the finished product of honeycomb panels.
