When we use aluminium honeycomb panels for decoration purpose (facade cladding, interior partition etc), we will need the aluminium surface to be color coated with nominated color shades. And this color coating process has to be made by China aluminium honeycomb panels manufacturer. But in real practice, the customers might want to use another colors for their projects and the color required is different from the importer's stock colors. Under such background, the panel importers have demand to stock mill finish aluminium honeycomb panels and then do powder coating by themselves when customers have selected the colors. LZ Panels have been closely working with our glue supplier and eventually work out a special high temp glue that can resist to a curing temperature 230 degree Celsius to 250 degree Celsius for around 30 minutes and work out an aluminium honeycomb panel suitable for powder coating.

1. This panel is prepared in mill finish in China, end users / customers can decide what color to powder coat right before they have decided on the colors. And powder coating is flexible, it's easy to powder coat one panel, 2 panels, 10 panels or 1000 panels etc, flexible quantity to do powder coating.

2. Lower stock quantity for importer. Because this aluminium honeycomb panel can be prepared in mill finish, so the importer can stock any quantity they need and then powder coating them to whatever colors they need. Comparing to normal aluminium honeycomb panels that are already pre-painted, and generally MOQ of each color is 1000m2, thus it's quite costy if the importer want to hold stock of many colors.

3. LZ Panels' high temp aluminium honeycomb panels can stand the powder coating temperature at around 230℃ while the panel structure integrity and no failure in the bonding strength.
