How does China Stainless Steel Honeycomb Sandwich Panel Manufacturer produce honeycomb panels?

1. Stainless steel sheets cutting & folding. These will be used as the skin sheets of stainless steel honeycomb sandwich panel.

2. Extension of honeycomb core. Stainless steel honeycomb panel is made of stainless steel sheets and aluminium honeycomb core. The honeycomb core comes in compressed slab and we need to extend the core into hexagonal shapes before manufacturing.

3. Glue spraying. We use special type of glue suitable to manufacture stainless steel honeycomb sandwich panel. The stainless steel sheets are flipped over, with back side facing up, and then the automatic glue spraying machine will spray the glue onto the back side of sheets. Automatic glue spraying guarantees the glue is evenly applied on the panel, that's the premise to guarantee a good bonding strength between stainless steel sheets to the honeycomb core.

4. Assembly of the 3 metal layers. Our workers will assemble the two layers of stainless steel skin sheets onto the honeycomb core to manufacture a sandwich panel. 

5. Glue curing. We have pressing machines to press the stainless steel honeycomb sandwich panels and hold them still for 24 hours. The glue will cure and well bond those 3 layers.
