Honeycomb floor panels are a type of composite panels. They are made of 3 years: two skin sheets & a honeycomb core layer. The skin sheets are mainly for decoration and making surface flat purpose. The honeycomb core is to increase the strength of panels.

Honeycomb core panels width: 1000mm,1220mm, 1500mm, max 2200mm. 

Length of honeycomb core panels: 2440mm or cut to size as required.

Honeycomb floor panels thickness: 10mm, 15mm, 20mm or others made to required thickness. From 6mm up to 100mm.

Core options of honeycomb flooring panels: Aluminum honeycomb and PP honeycomb.

Skin sheets options honeycomb composite panels: Aluminum sheets, FRP sheets, Stone veneer, Steel.

Uses: Honeycomb panels for floor, such as modular houses, vehicles etc.

1. The hexagoal honeycomb core gives the panel high strength properties. Depending on what cell size and foil thickness used, the honeycomb panels for floor can bear a weight from 500kgs to several tons.

2. Many options of skin sheet materials and finishes. If we choose metals as skin of honeycomb core panels, we can have embossed surface (treadplate texture) for antislippery. If we need to stick carpets or vinyls on the honeycomb flooring panels, we can provide the surface mill finish or epoxy coated.

3. Easy installation. We cut these honeycomb floor panels into sizes needed as required. With proper design of steel frame, we lay these honeycomb composite panels on those steel structure. Easy and fast. The honeycomb panels are lightweight, easy to carry too.
