Introduction of PVDF coating Aluminium Honeycomb Core Panel:

PVDF coating Aluminium Honeycomb Core Panel is color coated with fluocarbon based paint. PVDF coating is very good anti-UV property, it will stay in good color shade for over 10 years in outdoor condition. Generally we only coat the top aluminium sheet with PVDF coating, and bottom aluminum sheet just a primer. Because of of the time we use aluminium honeycomb core panel for facade decoration and only one side is facing to people. PVDF is short for polyvinylidene difluoride. 

Specifications of PVDF coating Aluminium Honeycomb Core Panel:

1. Colors: The PVDF aluminium honeycomb panel can be made in almost any solid colors or metallic colors, such as white, red, black, silver, champagne gold etc; Also it can be in special finishes like wood grain, stone grain etc.

2. With of PVDF Aluminium Honeycmob Core panel: 1220mm, 1250mm, 1500mm, 2000mm or cut to size.

3. Panel length: 2440mm, or cut to size. Recommended max no exceeding 11.8meters.

4. Thickness of PVDF coating aluminium honeycomb panel: standard thickness is like 15mm, 20mm or 25mm for facade cladding. We recommend 25mm thick panel for facade cladding, it has good strength and nice surface.

5. Aluminium skin sheet thickness: from 0.5mm, 0.7mm, 0.8mm, 1mm or made as required. Most commonly used skin thicknesses are 0.7mm and 1mm thick.
